Development is an integral part of the improvement work at Arvika Foundry. Fundamental to our work is the desire to improve ourselves by thinking of new and dare to try new ideas. Our work includes both strategic and operational research and development. The main development is done in cross-functional groups at the operational level with our customers and suppliers to improve the efficiency and quality of product. We also participate in long-term strategic research with universities, industry associations and customers.
